Change Buff Notification Location?

Hi - I noticed in the latest patch that the buff/debuff indicators for various abilities and item-induced stats (such as ) no longer hover over the abilities box on the bottom middle but instead they hover above the items box on the bottom left. I find this VERY difficult because it's much easier to glance down and see what buff/debuff stats are on your champ than looking awkwardly to the bottom left.

Think about this like you're driving a car: critical information is always right in the middle of your dashboard so you can quickly glance down and see it. It's not minimalized off to the side.

Is there a way to move them back to the middle? Even, just simply, provide this as an option for players? Forgive me if I missed how to do that if it's already an option. If not, please bring back middle-aligned character buff/debuff stats.
