A couple thoughts about the game after a couple months off
So I took a couple months off and just started playing again for a bit. Here's a couple thoughts I have, take it however you want.

There is an unbelievably high amount of damage in the game. Jhin can have almost 1000 AD, not even being full build. Let that sink in for a bit. Zed (while I think he's in a weaker spot atm), can one shot an adc with his ult, and an e + auto if he builds just duskblade or stormrazor. Riven's damage with the lack of counterplay is not even close to being balanced. I don't think there's a champ in the game (MABYE except Yas), that has so little counterplay if played correctly. If you look at champs like Zoe and Neeko, the damage from 1 spell rotation is way too high. Champs that use conqueror (trynd, yas, etc) are oppressive at all stages of the game - not right at all Brand, Velkoz, and Zyra as supports - LOL

There aren't really any counterplay mechanics, its just build damage, zhonyas mid teamfight and hope everyone else dies, spam abilities

I don't get why so many champs have to have hard cc. If you look at Ornn for example, he has 3 knockups. Honestly, why. Almost every adc with a couple exceptions has hard cc. Most mages have hard cc. Most top laners have hard cc. It's ridiculous. You need to build 6 merc scims to be relevant.

I love Jax, but that champ is so busted its not even funny. His E in particular is way too overloaded.
There's more but those are the big things. Just so taken aback about how ridiculous the state of the game is atm.
