@Riot Why is Ornn allowed to be so tanky and do so much damage?
Title says it all. He's too tanky, too hard to kill, and does too much damage.

If you are playing a mage or ADC and you let Ornn get in range you are pretty much screwed. There is no escape.
Ornn needs to be gutted.
Burst assassin Ornn is the new meta.
Look at Cho. In Riot's twisted mind, tanks are SUPPOSED to be unkillable, be safe laners and late game monsters, AND deal huge amounts of damage. Working as intended.
Because he is actually a juggernaut!
It's not just Ornn: everybody is doing way too much damage. This has been a problem for quite some time, and preseason only made it worse.
@Maokai
Ornn also has 10sec cooldowns. Ornn requires a lot of positioning. Ornn has CC that he has to set up.
Being a point-click ADC and doing nothing but expecting to win a trade just based off a stand-still exchange is lunacy, despite being true against most bruisers now.
Armor Pen and MR is a situational call for ADC.
Because before the runes he tickled most top laners. Even when Ornn was buffed before the runes he stood a chance. He still lost to Juggernauts and other top laners. Then Runes came out and now he has been overbuffed due all the previous buffs. I only see Yorick as a Juggernaut stomp Ornn. Shen was never played before the runes, but is now a scary top laner. Long story short, runes made a lot of Vanguards scary regardless of how they were in the past.
He isn't, that's why they nerfed his dmg
You pretty much described every juggernaut
Why whatever do you mean?
He was good to begin with but no one knew how to play him. They say he sucks. Rito buffs him. Buffs him. And buffs him. He had good numbers and now has insane stats. Now that we know how to play him he is super overtuned.
He's a tank, the hardest class to play and the less safe*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*
