Suggestion for Teammates who never connect in Ranked

So I started to play some Dota because I was sort of burnt out from League (going to play some more because of rotating gamemodes). I started a Bot match and one of my teammates never connected. About 5-10 minutes later (don't remember when in the game) it said "<Player> has abandoned the match. You can disconnect from the game and you will not be penalized. This match will not be recorded." I was really surprised when I saw this and I was like: "Why doesn't League have this?????!??!?!?!?!!" Also in CS:GO if a teammate never connects during the warm-up phase everybody is sent back to the matchmaking queue.
