Is it just me or is most of Shadow Assassins power in his W?

Well I was playing poorly one game thanks to playing Xin top. Someone I suck with, when this shadow dude walks into my lane and Ws. I'm expecting to die already but I get hit by the W and I'm wondering "WTF IS THAT". You'd expect it to be the Q because it's the flashiest skill of his kit but when you look at it it can't really clear a wave like the W can. Maxing he first on the assassin form I can oneshot caster minions.

I think for the Bruiser kayne his power is in his Q while it's in his W for the assassin.

Yes Shadow Assassins power is in its W+R combo.

Kayn is in a terrible place though, he needs to be buffed early/mid and nerfed late. Currently he does okay in low elo and normals, but anywhere plat or higher, the pace of the game Is going to be too fast for Kayn to become relevant in most realistic circumstances.

Not gonna lie but the ult is very under whelming. I think the untargetability is the reason the damage is so low but that same untargetability is what can lead the enemy to walk you casually into their turret or into their teams. Well we'll she how this goes I guess

nerfed late? hed never do anything because then hed just get cockblocked by support/locket shields and be completely useless

he needs to somewhat scale
