IT LOOKS SOMETHING LIKE THIS:
you die twice to 
. talon then roams bot twice, and their team kills your bot lane and jungle both times. meanwhile in mid lane, you havn't pushed out your lane or followed. top lane traded 1 for 1 with his laner twice. their ADC 
then gets a double kill on your bot lane because he is playing Draven and has a lead. 5-10 minutes later, your team loses the first team fight because their bot, jungle and talon are super far ahead of your team. You survived because you played far back.

enemy steps into brush pings mia 5 times,looks bot they are fighting enemy bot lane,pings danger 5 more times, starts walking bot seeing as there should be enough distance where if doubles back you should be able to run,bot lane fighting and you have run out of pings at this point, ults and cleans up ur bot lane, bot lane spam pings mia on the empty mid lane, "wheres the pings mid??!!" , " Well you should have followed him" in all chat " gg shit bronzie mid laner im a silver god get me out this elo", your team has started a surrender vote

I was about to point something out, politely phrased, regarding my number of assists (which was being blatantly ignored in this) and what my job actually was, but something incredible happened!
The ADC(!) told them to "STFU" (sic) on my behalf. And we weren't even premade - it was just a random player.
...I cancelled my message as I really didn't see the need to say a word myself.

Same :( Every time I play a mid like Orianna against an aggressive matchup I get blamed for if they get fed off my teammates.

If you can help it, just give zero fucks, consider the game lost and tell them to go fuck themselves and git gud as they fucked up and not you as you most likely with have the score to prove it.
You guys have it all wrong. It's more like this. You're playing

, as you're dead, you see her walk over to the river bush. You assume she's roaming. You ping enemies are missing and your bot lane doesn't listen. They die to katarina and go "why didn't you follow your laner?" UMM idk maybe because I DIED.
