man, i really want to build devourer...

but it just feels like it takes too long, and it's the only item where wasting time, or having a failing gank = less damage

i just wish it had more stacks than 25

i always find myself pressing on myself real hard to get the item itself before the 8-9 minute mark, because getting the item after that is basically useless

what, if we take that 45 DoT to monsters, and added it to the 25 points of damage, but instead of having alot of damage, have that 45 extra points to only applied to monsters, DoT don't really work with AS champions, because you're just gonna keep on refreshing it, and with how this item grants 50% AS, it would be great for fast clearing, which results in, Fast/Better Stacking

but that's my 2 cents

now i know there are champions who still build this item

but i'd really want to build it more often on many champions, that is all
