One of the goals of runes is to give champions options about what tree they go into based on how they want to play. Domination is a tree about burst, which should make it appealing to some of the burstier marksmen, but there is no real keystone for them. Hail of Blades should help spell-based marksmen who want to lay down a swift chunk have a keystone to promote that playstyle.

NOW NOT LATER If more than 1.5 seconds elapses between attacks this effect will end CANT STOP WONT STOP Hail of Blades allows you to temporarily exceed the attack speed limit COOLDOWN 5 seconds out of combat"

WTF RIOT!?!??!!? So now Tristana will kill you in three shots at any level, and at max level, can fire at unheard of speeds? Great idea!

Secondly this new "Champion" that is an "Assassin Support"

He invalidates other ultimates with his ultimate, making high HP mundo, Armor/MR from Singed ult, Shen's Ultimate all completely irrelevant. It resets constantly like Katarina, really... wtf?

His Q is like singed and blitzcrank combined into one, his W is Rek'Sai's passive combined with stealth and speed boost except way better... his Stun beats half the initiators in the game by stunning multiple enemies easily AND allowing travel via dash...

In my many years of League I have never seen a more broken or horribly designed champion grace this game.

I will be perma-banning that champion until he gets his "hype-nerf" after all the tryhards buy him, think they are good with him (because he is God Tier) and then gets massively nerfed.
