Does Harrier critical? In-depth explanation
Harrier seems to be flat physical dmg, so after the dmg is added, can the atk still crit?

i don't know, but i'm pretty sure it used to when quinn was released (i remember a particular 3k damage quinn passive autoattack on my person... not a pleasant experience)
