Does Harrier critical? In-depth explanation
Harrier seems to be flat physical dmg, so after the dmg is added, can the atk still crit?

Captain Aishi1 votesi don't know, but i'm pretty sure it used to when quinn was released (i remember a particular 3k damage quinn passive autoattack on my person... not a pleasant experience)
