Nerf Fiora

I understand Fiora has a 48% win rate but that takes into consideration her team. as a sole laner, 1v1 she is broken. the scaling on her abilities is ridiculous. All she needs is a tiamat and she goes from being ok in lane to wrecking anyone she faces with her true dmg and healing procs. Add in conqueror and she deals more true dmg than darius the rest of the game. Plus she has an ability to resist any CC sent her way. Something must be done Riot.
