Many times after applying the 4 stacks on an enemy or monster with sejuani's E passive and then pressing E the ability will not stun the enemy/monster. I have to press the button over an over again in order for the enemy to become frozen. i thought it was my keyboard but I assigned the ability to a different hotkey and had the same issue.
The Brainstorm5 votesI had the same issue, several times. My first thought was, that i have to look towards the enemy, but sometimes the bug appears even when i look at them. Somehow the usage of that spell doesnt feel clean, and especially not reliable which is a rly big issue about Sejuani atm.
Xhín4 votesI had the same issue today. Plus sometimes - I don't know why - but allied champions' basic attacks don't apply any stack (when they're close to me). This is a bug or the spell needs a better description.
Thermasths3 votesI also have the same problem, I am within range of Malphite which has 4 stacks ready to be stunned and glowing, I spam the button even facing towards (I dont know if thats required) but still it doesnt go off like my key is dead. Same issue you guys described, I have kept a replay if tech support needs it
