Nerf Fiora

Fiora is consistently one of the most broken champs in this game. I have made numerous posts about it and I will continue to until Rito gets their heads out of their butts and does something about it. Healing with True damage?? Are you on crack. When a champ at lvl 7 can deal 1000 true damage WITHOUT their ult and get healing based on that damage, how is that not broken. Two kills and a tiamat and she deals 1000 true damage with her Q and a few autos in this meta. Why is that not broken? Why is that fair? no champion can build against that or fight that 1v1 or even 2v1. This game continues to piss me off because Riot no longer cares about what is fair, only what they want. Riot continues to make changes then revert those changes on numerous champs because they dont know what they are doing anymore. This is ridiculous.
