Cassio rework coming this week?
Stashu said the new Cass rework would hit the PBE early this week and someone confirmed 4.19 patch for this week

Just another disappointment for Cassplayers, zero buffs or changes planned for 4.19.
I think it is just going on PBE but not coming out yet I'm not sure
it has to hit PBE first, and its incredibly rare for a PBE change to migrate to live within only a few days. Look more towards 4.20
The next PBE cycle should start tomorrow (if not tonight).
