Cassiopeia who?
Yer assuming riot hasn't "forgotten" about cass. Ever since Stashu went AWOL the cass fan base has been left to rot really. Their plan is "if we act like we forgot about her, the community will eventually shut up due to frustration, cass problems solved!"
They don't care about Cassiopeia. Hell, they don't care about us as players. The only thing Riot cares about is acting like they do things so you spend $$, at least the community faces are nice. But that is about it. :/

Please don't tell me you're still holding out hope for Stashu to be a semi-decent person and keep promises to fix fucking anything he ruined with his rework.
I'm concerned for your sake. It's easier to stop hoping he'll fess up to his fuck-up, he doesn't give a shit and never will. He basically made "baby's first rework", accidentally shipped it to live, and tried to cover it up as legit. That didn't work, so he hid for half a year and is now back for the Fiora rework. I've been expecting change since the day the rework came out, broken as could be. It didn't come. Holding on to that hope is pointless.

I dunno, the people doing reworks tend to cripple the champion.
At least when they first rework them.
