I feel this would free up Kassadins build choice and fix his early game, making him a viable pick again and not so niche or situational.
Passive - 15% reduced damage (ALL DAMAGE, not just magic)
Q/W/E - give +7% max mana scaling damage.
This would pretty much completely fix him i think.
Or just make is Q shield apply to all damage instead of just magic damage, that way he can trade with ad mid laners more easily
Max mana scaling would push him over the edge.
Im pretty sure he's not weak, but I guess this would help my blue manadin builds
That would make him broken beyond belief. He is currently balanced/strong. I think a small buff could push him over the edge, but this is a crazy huge buff. [zombie-nunu-bummed]
Or they could just increase the rank 1 values of his abilities since rank 5(3 for ulti) are all fine.... But that's none of my business....
