What items evelynn really needs

Hardly anyone builds , on eve but this is really a nice item on her. The reasons:

1. Standard runes is ap glyphs so eve is vulnerable to the ap burst champions especially. Many mid laner's burst can be hourglassed.
2. This gives more armor. And that makes eve's shield on her ult better.
3. if ur going to be the initiator for a fight god forbid ur team comp is garbage, then you can ult and combo quickly then hourglass while u wait for the follow up. Also, I think is very nice because, again, the mr scales on your shield, plus we have no mr in runes so this is just another item that gives ap+defense. It lowers enemy mr also so nice to kinda give some support other ap champs on your team. Then if you get boom u have some extra mobility, +300hp, and more ap. So with these 3 items as a core you have 30% cdr, tankiness, and plenty flexibility. Since you already have the 30% cdr from items, then you could get or rather than . And having the flexibility to go ninja tabis is nice since most meta junglers are ad rn. So if you have enemy ... these scary dudes... u get with and so you have the armor and defense to fight them. So say u have thats almost full build, then last you can get or even for one more item that supports your team and gives you armor, cdr, and ap!
