Idea for Fiora Ultimate
What if the healing of fiora's ultimate changed with the amount of health the target has. If the target has a low percentage of health the healing would be fairly small. If the target has full health when the ultimate is activated than the healing is increased. This could discourage players from ulting a low health target specifically for the team health bonus, while encouraging players to "shot call" on harder targets. High risk, high reward. Low risk, Low Reward. Thoughts?
