AFK Check in que?

"Tritus1 did not accept the AFK check. Your group was removed from matchmaking."

So i was in the new que, halfway through the pick phase when the screen jumps to the accept or decline game option. I though the previous que had a dodge so I hit decline opting to play ARAM. Then i get the message you see above.

What is up with that? If i would hit accept would i have stayed in the que? Seems a little silly to me.
