I would recommend rewording your question. It's hard to read, even harder to understand. What are you asking?

I think he means that his jungler didn't gank him as soon as he's 3 lvl but wait ultil he gets R

no jungler was level 3 and for no reason ignores pings and goes in on a level 6. Again if he was like "o haha m bad im new sorry" Id be like all good man.. and id explain why that didnt work out so well. But this guy understood english and j refused to take advice. EH what can you do. It just sucks because i get so turned off from the game it holds me back from getting better.

Whats unclear? He had jungler who was level 3 (obviously slow at clearing) trying to gank enemy who got lvl 6. OP pinged jungler to fall back and jungler ignore ping. And he asks what he should do in this situation.

Nothing really you can do about it. Junglers like that irritate me the most. Had Amumu jungle once, played Sion vs Illaoi. Told him: "As long as you dont gank top at all, we gonna win. Illaoi is useless if she doesnt get fed". Everything was fine 1-5. Illaoi hits 6, Amumu ganks top... Couldnt just stand and watch, tried to help him, Illaoi got double kill. Won game tho :)

nice. Ya i feel when im in a good mood i can ignore the small things and focus objectives. but once i get 2-3 games ina row where 1-2 people waste 20-40 min of my time i become a shitty person. And i dont mind losing lane or getting out played. Ya that can be fustrating but its the only way you can get better. Ya i guess its the things that FEEL out of my control that gets to me. I know high elo players understand the stages of the game better and feel more comfortable in bad situations.

Well it's very situational, whether you're level 6 as well or are just as underfed. Depending on the matchup, one could turn an unfavorable situation into a favorable one with some skill & knowledge. But if your jungler is THAT behind, ignores pings, and feeds your lane opponent, then your best bet is to roam & help other lanes snowball -- effectively carrying your jungler on your teams shoulders.
