I really dont think he is such a terrible champion to play against. Yes he is annoying, but I cant understand much the boards hate outbreak right now.

At what stage of the game, and do they have built? Because I'm actually putting my money on Aatrox, unless Yas has an Executioner's calling. Then it's a toss up as long as Aatrox has randuins

Aatrox easily. He's got AS, armor, and lifesteal, and the crit reduction. If Yasuo had an Executioner's calling, it would be more of a toss up

Yasuo will pretty much always win, because Aatrox is a sustain fighter and Yasuo will just poke him out early game, then unless Aatrox builds somewhat tanky, just insta kill him late game it would take someone really good at Aatrox and them building at least a Randuins Omen and Ninja tabi

As someone who's tried out Yasuo from time to time, I found him an incredibly difficult champion to even get a grip with, and I play Varus of all champs.

I used to despise Yasuo players in every form beforehand, since I thought he was a cheese2win champ, but after playing him I gained a deep understanding that players who are skilled with Yasuo deserve the kills they get. I even developed respect for them, as Yasuo is a champion I have never been able to grip at all, even though I've played him multiple times.

Most Yasuo players are terrible, but every once in a while you'll play against one who really knows how to abuse his .5 second CD dash, and its super frustrating.
