Definitly need :

• they're no reason to pick him over other
• he need an update to stay in the race (when new champs look as Irelia and Camille... kit wise)

He's been a lot better since runes reforged, but he's still not in a great spot and his kit is completely outdated and doesn't even work in some places (e.g Q "unstoppable" stopped by everything).

Aatrox has needed a rework for over 2 years, and finally he's getting it. Those 4 get played and have counters. They might be cancer, but in a game with they barely scratch the surface #aspect of cancer xD

No disrespect, in my opinion, this is not true at all.

The reason he's known as the worst champ in league is because he's in a role where there are many champions that fill the same spot, that do all things he's supposed to do, a ton better than him.

His knockup range is bad, his poke is so small, hard to land, only good thing is that it has is a good slow, with a passive that a portion of the people who play Aatrox still can't wrap their heads around. He's either completely useless, feeding and costing games, to either snowballing so hard and 0 to 180ing everyone without a single shred of counterplay. Even for an Auto-attack based top-laner for his niche, why pick Aatrox when Tryndamere can fulfill the exact same job, but even better. He's just someone who has an interesting character model and design with being the first darkin, but his gameplay just feels so lackluster. Though this is just from my point of view, if you wish to rebuttal, I would love to listen! :)

theyre literally only changing the sword to match his new abilities. at least thats what they said.
