What is Emergency Going to be Fixed?

The Game is just unbalanced now, Personally i believe that who have the ability to be patient and gets fed will probably win, it is so sensitive now.

The team that is getting back, defending more than pushing, being a coward specially through the early/mid game going 3v2/4v3 Etc, will likely win and this is just a horrible design which made for the bad players in the first place.

Who is feeling the same way on being a bastard ability in this meta way far from usual. Why did they do that? There is a lot of hidden reasons behind this for sure, but why don't they just tell us?

i Also just can't understand when Ghostcrawler answered to a random one of the millions youtubers why he didn't mention the DMG creep or the state of the game to us and what is emergency going to be fixed?
