LP Refund With Successful Same Team Reports

I understand if a team is bad or if people rage once or twice but there's a lot of games where you, as an individual, can't do anything about your teammates who are intentionally feeding, or nonstop [All] chat flaming, or passive aggressive griefing, or surrender vote spamming, or afk jungling when your base is being taken because they had a fight with a laner, etc.

Every time I queue up, I'm rolling the dice on if I'm going to get a bunch of loud mouth [All] chat spammers or if I'm or if I'm going to get a team of stable people who can have a 40~50 minute game without throwing a tantrum.

If I decide to, as a recent example, play Corki top lane, as a person who knows how to play Corki top lane, I understand that like 90% of games I'm going to get are going to be "why corki top" "wtf" etc. If I have a bad game, I'll be flamed even if it's not entirely my fault we lost. I get it, people can be mad. It's different when people start threatening to report because you didn't follow their orders, refusing to help towers in a lane (i.e. 3 + herald at top Inner Turret but they tell you to handle it alone because they're mad at you), following you around and taking the minions you're trying to kill, and passive agressive griefing in general because they're angry.

Most of the time I don't pick my """off meta""" champs that I LIKE TO PLAY and KNOW HOW TO PLAY WELL, because in champ select there's some guy telling the support what support to play and showing signs of being one of those people and I know for sure they'll start throwing/trolling the moment I have any trouble with my laner and they'll be watching my lane, pinging me to "be careful" from bot lane. It'd be easier to go Darius or some meta champ not because he's easy but because people will react less negatively if by some chance Darius loses top to Wukong than if Evelynn loses top to Wukong(?)

LP should be refunded to you if there really was someone on your team intentionally feeding or if someone really did tilt their team with harrassment and actual griefing. When you get that one message that says "Thanks bud, you report did it." if it was a solo queue game it should add them back into your profile. It wouldn't completely make up for the average Solo Queue experience but it would soften the blow from the loss of LP. Also it'd be nice if you didn't queue with people who you report, maybe on a 30 minute timer. The last thing I'd want is the intentional feeder I reported last game to end up on my team again which has actually happened multiple times over the course of a few months.

If this is a bad idea, please tell me why.

being that your suggestion can be abused by boosters or any other combination of people working together this will not be implemented.

i understand the pain, but this solution leaves the door open for abuse.
