Riot please help I need a serious answer

OK so im trying to climb as high as i can at the end of the season like everyone else, but there is a problem. I lose more LP when I lose than I gain when I win and im playing with people in my elo or higher. Like for the example I won a game and got 18 LP so I was curious what rank the other people were and we had the lowest current rank in the game on our team which was S3 and they had the highest ranked which was G5. Then the next game I lose and I lose 19 LP. so my question is why is this and how am I suppose to climb if i lose more LP when I lose than when I win, which is kinda dumb considering having a 50% win rate in league is considered good, so even if I have a "good" win rate I still drop elo. Please i need an answer for my own saniy :D

lots of people say winning more games gets you a higher mmr, but i dunno

i know some people who climb to gold+ with 35% winrate smurf accounts because they win 35 lp per win and lose 5 lp per loss, which negates everything i know about it

Update I just won another game and only got 18 LP again like Riot why?

If you do win 51% of your games you will climb eventually. If you're losing around the same amount of LP on average as you gain riot basically thinks that your current MMR is where you belong.
