^Title, Ahri's movement speed on Q was given as a compensation for the removal of dfg, but this should've been reverted when ludens was introduced. The movement speed buff has given her ridiculous safety and even riot acknowledges shes on the little too strong side.

And if she's on the little too strong side, it would be enough with tuning some numbers.
Her damage amp on charm was removed and her w and r projectile ranges also reduced.
I think a half second speed boost is a fair trade.
