Zoe Ult should be W and current W shouldnt exist

Her current W is just bad. Bentween the RNG nature, and needing an enemy to use a summoners (and hope its usefull) her current W just sucks. Even the little ahri balls suck. Damage is insignificat as well.

Her R also isnt very good. It has such a short range, and just isnt very rewarding to use.

I'd rather her R got a mana increase (since zoe doesnt have many mana problems) and got moved to W, and we got a real ult on her R.

Just my opinion.
