Were we actually covering up something that's being said, yes. For instance, if we took every instance of 'toxic' and changed their entire sentence to be 'I'm bitter about nothing!', we would be censoring.

Disallowing idiot children to BM in postgame is just good form. Why we can talk to our enemies at all is mystifying, really. On the other hand, the high school(-esque) demographic most guilty of this seems to be Riot's biggest audience right now and without them, they would probably lose a lot of air quickly. They kind of need to keep some things that other games don't have... that is to say, a place for people like this to roam free.

With all of this said, I think I'm probably more saying this out of spite. Most people who use and espouse the use of these terms are seldom ever responsible for their team's victory in any significant way, so it would be just comeuppance if they were shut up. Comeuppance might not be a good thing for Riot to go serving willy-nilly, of course.
