Please dont nerf Ryze to the ground

At this point in time, stands on a weak ground. Stats from 3 sites that i checked show him at around 45% win rate and only in Challenger he has above 50% win rate. At the start of the season he was a power house. With the pass of time and all the patches he has become too weak.

First they stopped him from using to ulty out and increased the cooldown on his ulty. Those 2 changes were understandable, he had a free ticket out when getting collapsed and they wanted to lower his ability to use his ulty, which, as a utility tool, has immense power. As i said, these changes are understandable.

Then they reduced the spread damage from his E to 50%, to make his laning phase weaker and lower a little his mid-late game dps in teamfights. That hurt, but its still somewhat ok.

Then they lowered the mp you get from and , because a lot of mages and especially Ryze were abusing it so much. While indirect, its still a nerf, not huge though.

Then, they lowered the range on passive, because some mages, mostly and were abusing it to make their laning against mages easier. Since it originally is a tank item, they did well to stop mages from abusing it.

Now, i checked on the upcoming patch 8.8, which comes live tomorrow, and i saw two nerfs, one direct and one indirect. First is "Spell Flux (E) cost increased from 40/55/70/85/100 to 60/70/80/90/100" which can hurt his already weak early game even more and "Archangel's Staff: Unique Passive - Awe max mana lowered from 3% to 1%" which is a pretty harsh indirect nerf.

Ryze is already sitting on a pretty weak spot in all ranks, even on Challenger, where his win rate is over 50% his is sitting on the 14th place of all midlaners' win rate. Please RIOT, dont nerf Ryze to the ground, dont make him almost unplayable...
