is it just me or does Explorer seem really strong?

As in not only does it heavily out-shadow the (very now out-dated talent) Tough Skin. But also over shadowing the next tier of the Dangerous Game you'd typically take. Especially with new rift herald. Seems like alot of game play resolves around rivers and bushes.
