People who get banned just play on smurf accounts
Then you just have a bunch of plats in bronze and its unfair to the 9 other bronze players. so whats the point?

agree... smurf accounts are bad for the ranked tier games.... does not give an accurate level of balance and growth through out your journey up or down the ladder.
What kind of plat player gets placed in Bronze...
They probably troll and make you lose games as well. I was in a ranked duos match the other day with a friend. He picked Lulu mid (which is not a bad pick if played correctly, because the other team isn't expecting it). We won two games in a row. The third game some guy got mad that he picked Lulu mid, and trolled the whole game. Long story short we didn't have a support, the guy picked Shaco and decided to go mid. He forced my friend to go top, and we ALMOST won had he not intentionally fed the other team the entire game. Our ADC and my friend carried our team to a close victory. I was JG and did what I could to save the game, but the Shaco fed them 17 kills. He tped into their base, and onto minions in enemy territory. He was a true Assjester.
yeah riot knows this. that is part of why they are not banning people much anymore. its kind of fun to get banned and get a fresh start.
