is Ekko Getting nerfed soon?

because it seems like ever since Tank ekko became popular he has been just rolling all over everything with 0 cares in the world which in itself seems super toxic to the game. like after Riot noticed tank ekko was an issue and did a few changes on him (that did absolutely freaking nothing to tank ekko) Full Ap Ekko just rolls over everything now it seems. his kit with how much damage he outputs and heals is a freaking joke of Balance no matter what you Ap items you build on him he's basically still gonna be golden because his kit plus his scaling is freaking stupid as Hell.

(i know these are the league boards and this complaint likely means literally nothing. it's just after so many games of Ekko doing seemingly nothing different than any other AP champion and being a freaking monster is just disgusting to me. to be honest in my eyes he's gotten worse than Fizz in terms of stupid kit that riot has no idea what to do with.)
