Does riot really think playing favorites is the best way to gain Matching making score?

If you look, most people who are in low elo have thousands of games, but the higher you go the less they play.

Little kids often quit and not deal with things because they can't see the long term goal and lose focus. Adults weather the storm.

Funny you mention OTP Shaco players, but in general.. OTP is the best way to climb.

I don't spend money on the game and seem to be climbing fine.

i think if riot got rid of afk/leave buster and just kept track of how many times that player dc'd and just matched them with like minded ppl who also dc and quit and matched the ppl who ping and communicate and who dont flame with other ppl who do the same. you have a better exp.

leave buster doesnt do anything. just give the toxic ppl a taste of their own medicine and reward the non toxic ppl with nice ppl. cuz half the time the ppl who were the ones who actually flamed hardly ever get reported in my exp. the toxic and mean ppl just get off scott free

but idk maybe not lol. just an idea. you keep the amount of players cuz ur not suspending them. and ur also teaching them a lesson. if anything, start off by just matching them with like minded ppl as reward and punishment. and then if the toxic ppl who get matched with other toxic ppl continue to be toxic. they get suspended. it's not a perfect idea. but i always wished i didnt get matched with ppl who are rude and toxic. but then again i also wish riot wouldnt match me with ppl who-- not trying to sound arrogant-- who arent as good and dont have good player mechanics.

riot implemented chest crafting. and if you got an -s or higher you got a chest. if riot did something like "you've averaged a 300cs per and x number of games so heres some lp" or "so we're gonna match you with other ppl who have done the same" or something like that.

i mean we have the honor system but it's really all the rewarding. i think they could do something with that pertaining to who ur being matched with. but riot never looks like their up for a discussion. only things theyre comfortable with talking about. :/.

the system is flawed. we have boards to voice our opinions. but usually we just end up fighting among ourselves

Got placed in Bronze in both solo and flex and solo'd to gold in both queues before stopping in ranked. It's not hard you're just bad at the game and want excuses for being bad instead of improving. Everyone deals with afkers/trolls/smurfs etc. Either deal with it and improve from it or just stop playing
