ADC Build
Shiv or Youmuu's? I know that Youmuu's may work well with Lucian, but I see it on guides for other ADC's I'm not so sure on. (ie. was looking at MF today, but I'm looking for a general answer.)

Youmuu's is great for early game (The Brutalizer is unusually cost-effective for a sub-1500 gold item and Ghostblade offers and every single ADC stat). Outside of early, it's great for dueling/assassinating enemy squishies.
Statik is much better for the 3 major item IE + Shiv + Whisper hyper-carry build. Outside of end-game, Statik is also pretty solid at pushing a game to end-game (wave-clear stall tactics, wave-clear for end-game CS), and it's pretty solid for team fights (consistent damage that lasts longer than Ghostblade's active, area-effect damage).
