ARURF Problems

Hey Riot.

I'd like to know why you took away Rumble's overheat function in URF but kept Taliyah's Worked Ground. Either put the Overheat back on (and if you HAVE to, reduce the duration since it's URF) or give every champion with limiting ability passives the same treatment as Rumble, where they become unkillable burst gods. Otherwise you're endorsing unfairness, per usual. (and yes I'm aware URF is unfair in many ways, but Rumble passes the limit.)

Another thing, this mode is not random in the least. If ARURF is supposed to include every champion, why does it feel like you have given priority roll chances to certain champions over others? And don't give me that "they're low price champions" I know people own Skarner and Udyr, and yet I've only seen 2-3 of both.

Not every passive is changed in URF (example: blitz). In case of Rumble Riot HAD TO disable the silence, because rumble was literally unplayable. In Taliah case.. Well she just have to use it in different spots. It's not that big of an issue. If anything some lower CD on worked ground would fix that, but that would make taliah a B. and a half to play against.

I also believe the AR-RNG is selective (it's not actual full RNG), but i'm quite certain it's not based on champion prices.

Rumble getting silenced every two seconds would be untenable, basically making him a champ that is utterly useless in URF. If anything, give him the nerf treatment, like several other champs got (reduced damage by 10-15%).

That aside, he is not unbeatable, I have beat him several times, and have been beat as him a few. It is really a question of shutting him down early (don't bother trying to level 1 fight) and put your best CC in his lane, ideally it would be ranged CC like Lux, Morgana, or even Soraka (AOE silence FTW) are excellent at shutting him down in lane.

As for Skarner & Udyr, I have seen people roll them plenty of times, but they are usually not picked because of their difficulty in URF, with even just moderate CC. When they are played, they are usually played well, because the person picking knows what the hell to do with them (don't ask me how, I have no effing clue).

Speaking of Rumble, I just played a game against him, and won. Yeah, we had Garen, but that is the luck of the roll. In that same game, the other team had an Udyr too, so it does happen.
