ARURF "Randomization"

Please for the love OF GOD RIOT improve your "random" picking of the champion pool! I have seen the same champions every game and at least a Yi or a Garen EVERY other game, and I've seen the same champions multiple times, you would account that to rotation you'd think, but no! I'm seeing the same champions I saw during last weeks rotation! Please include ALL the champions the player owns or can access. (if Karthus can be in URF, every other champion should be if you're going to try to say "they're not suitable") And lower the chance of getting the same champion you just got last game.
