Runaan's : Can benefit from/boost utility on : Teemo's E DoT, Jinx's Q Rockets, Twitch's Passive, Kai'Sa's Passive, Kog'Maw W, Kayle's E (ish? just the range I believe). Can not benefit from/boost utility on : Caitlyn's Headshot Passive, Sivir's Ricochet, Vayne's W, Xayah's Passive Feathers, Kennen W. Unconfirmed can benefit from/boost utility on : Others?

Stormrazor : Can benefit from/boost utility on : Caitlyn's Headshot Passive, Jinx's Q Rockets, Sivir's Ricochet, Kog'Maw W, Jhin Passive, and every other auto attack in existence. (Politely correct if incorrect.) Can not benefit from/boost utility on : [sg-lux-2] Nothing? (Again, politely correct if incorrect)

What else should Stormrazor be pitted against?

To end this, let's talk about a champ in particular, no, it's not Jhin, we all know he's the speediest feet in the west with Stormrazor, I mean Sivir, her W Ricochet precisely, every single ricochet can benefit and use the Stormrazor proc. How is that balanced?
