Idea for Fixing vayne without leaving her too screwed over.

Change condemn to be a 2 sided ability. If you land the stun, no change. If you use it to knock back, MUCH longer cooldown. vayne is now fixed. I also think that this would increase the skill cap on vayne and make it more justifyable to say that it takes skill to play her.

Kind of like thresh's hook. lowered cooldown if it hits (why can't blitz have this ;-;)

Make her tumble. Like Kass ultimate in the sense that it increases in mana cost dramatically and or make her aa range 525 not 550. Hell varus is the weakest adc in the game

Change true damage to magic, vayne still strong but not overly strong. Why all these awkward suggestions for an easy fix
