I hardly ever see him in any game, patch notes, video, tier list etc. and I'm wondering why not? I mean with all these "stealth counterplay" champs (
) is he just useless now?
Not trying to be all like "riot buff my champ pls", but I'm just wondering if he's worth playing still
viable, yes strong, no.
his lanning is simply too weak tbh and his lategame is a bit lack luster compared to miss fortune, twitch however as the element of suprise this is the one thing you have to abuse on him, with that said it's still very situational, there is never 1 matchup that makes you go "hmm, i should tottaly go twitch this game"
In every game I played against him so far, he carried. I bet the mysteries are serving him well.
He is still considered a hypercarry but you need to play him correctly. I'm not one to speak at that (I just suck at ADC in general) But the only one you need to worry about in that situation is usually going to be Lee sin, as Rek sai isn't played, and Illaoi doesn't have great stealth detection. He is a viable ADC, and I have seen him played top lane..... oddly..... he didn't do too bad... but beware the lee sin top laners. RIP.
He needs some buffs imo, and I have been saying that for a long time but now its not as bad, just more necessary. He really does need some kit changes, right now if you go the traditional assassin Twitch build with 
you don't have any crit, making your 1v1s risky unless far ahead, and makes it so you do less in team fights. I do have a theory that 
would be nice, but it isn't as defensive so I think Riot should give Twitch some nice incentives to 1v1 and go all in on a team. I suggest that they make his passive burn more intense, and make his e do more damage and reset cd upon kills.
