ModWulf Helhammer3 votesExcept it only lasts for 3-4 second early game, and you don't get the same power of it till level 13. That's a pretty huge cut to her damage, especially given her horrible base attack speed.
kattzkitti2 votesThat's because it is a buff. The lower duration is irrelevant due to how the game works, while the 40% extra attack speed at rank 1 means you can level Rocket Jump instead for the extra damage. It's absurd.
