Is it possible to have a tip above my abilities when I'm marked by Fiora?

I recently had that on me and had no idea what it was at first, and throughout the game realized it was something from Fiora, but that was it. Had to look it up. I mean we have tips for other stuff like buffs n marks, so why not for this?

it does show up, right above your summs shows you are marked with a vital and the source of the debuff

Hmm, did not look there, thanks. Is that where debuffs are shown? I also looked it up here http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Debuff and didn't find it but then again it might be outdated.
