Request to pause bot game when only 1 human player

If I start a bot game with no other players, and have no spectators, it should be considered a single player game and I should be able to pause it at any time. Also, no afk check if I do go afk.

If the game is on a server and not the client, and you're saying that this could be exploited to use a riot resource aka the server for as long as possible, same could be said if I freeze lanes and the game takes forever, or 2 people on aram freezing their 1v1.
