After Ranked...

After I finished playing my first 10 Ranked games, I got Silver V, but (I don't know much about Ranked) the frame surrounds the champion splash art that appears when all 10 players are loading after champion select isn't "Silver", because I thought the frame would be "Gold" if I was Gold, I don't know anything about this so pls Help.

Borders are determined from last season ranked. not this season

You don't get a frame until the season ends and the frame you get depends on the rank you were in when it ended. For example, if you ended the season in Silver you will get a Silver frame and so on.
