Please Help me

Hi, I'm Hamin, How are you doing? I have been Silver V for almost a month now and I was wondering if anyone could help me climb the ladder, I don't blame my teammates that I can't escape Silver V, I make mistakes, but sometimes my teammates go AFK and I need teammates that won't go AFK. I really want to get to Gold V before S6 ends, so that I got dem' Bling Bling Frame on my account, I don't want my teammates to carry me all the way to Gold V cuz' that wouldn't really mean that I earned it. Please Help me, SOS.
