Improve LeaverBuster, AFK Punishment!!!!

We know LeaverBuster, AFK Punishment is for our fun gameplay of LOL, but not all people leave or exit the game on purpose, like me, I have a wifi problem where it randomly cuts off so I automatically disconnect, I exit the game and reconnect if I can fix it on time but most of the times, I can't, and so I got a 20 min. wait Low Priority queue. It is very unfair and Harsh punishment, it gives stress which Games aren't supposed to give, Riot should Remove it and create a better and less harsh and Time Wasting, like no ip gained if you have left 4 games for 4 matches, or no punishments at all!! LeaverBuster causes most people to not play, which means that Riot wouldn't make money, game companies are supposed to make people play more, not make them wait 20 min. to play. Please tell me what u guys think, Remove LeaverBuster or think of a better, less harsh punishments!! And also when the game crashes it pauses and says Reconnecting to Server which waiting doesnt work so it wastes time watching my team lose and so I exit the game and reconnect again which gave me a LeaverBuster Punishment which isn't fair because I joined and helped win but I get a punishment for Exiting the Game and reconnecting after 1 sec.!!! Join the Movement!!

if you have an internet problem then IT IS YOUR FAULT that you are disconnecting

it's not fair to your allies that they had to continue to play a 4v5 game

where's the remorse for THEIR TIME that you wasted?

Ok, and what have you done to make this a long-term fix? You know your wifi is unreliable but you are still playing? If th wifi is the problem, replace the router or get a hardline. If it's your ISP, you need to contact them and bug them about their service.

The LPQ might seem unfair to you, but part of its purpose is to reduce the games affected by people like you who knowingly play on unreliable connections.

Im not Saying that AFKs shouldn't be punished, but isn't there a better way to make people not AFK instead of making them mad and wait in LOW PRIORITY QUEUE? Someway that doesn't involve TIME, something that involves the Game, IP, XP, mastery, Champion, etc.

It may not have been intentional but the effects are the same. There is leniency built in for occasional issues. You are at 20 min low priority queue so that means you are WAY past using it up.

Wifi issues are pure negligence. You even acknowledge that you have a problem with it but continue to queue. You need to fix the problem before you play again, not just hope that it doesn't happen again.

I think it's appropriate. You waste your teammates' time by leaving, your time gets wasted in LPQ.

I'm not mad, just explaining. I've run into bad internet, had a low performing laptop, and otherwise had issues that people like to claim are 'out of their control'. I've also never run into more than a warning because, once I became aware of the problem, I didn't keep playing. Bad internet? I went elsewhere to play. Poor computer? I rented time at a gaming cafe or stuck to consoles until I could replace it (seriously, that thing couldn't even handle Kongregate).

As far as full DC vs DC/return... it still puts your team at a disadvantage. 2 minutes is more than enough time to lose Dragon, a teamfight and 1 or more towers.
