No, just better than this.
Was SoloQ without problems? No. Was it better than Dynamic Queue? Yes. Was it more competitive than Dynamic Queue? Yes. Was there boosting with Solo Queue? Yes, but way less and it was punishable. Was there less toxicity with Solo Queue? Its actually about the same. The difference is that its way less likely for someone's DQ group to report them, even if they're being a gigantic douche.
DQ is way better than solo queue shit. Only new champ select sucks because queue times are too long but that has nothing to do with DQ because normal draft was always DQ and queue times were never that long.
DQ = fine SQ= mid or feed, i lost 5 games in a row i'm gonna troll because riot matches me with retards etc
