Champion Concept: C9-GH5: The Marvelous War Machine

Abilities:
Passive: Automatic Self-Repair Mechanism After several seconds of not moving or taking damage, C9-GH5 has largely increased armour and health regeneration for a few seconds or until he moves or takes damage.
Q: Pulse-Seeking Missiles Passive: C9-GH5 launches up to 3 missiles every 15-20 seconds. The missiles circle her and explode when they hit an enemy unit, damaging surrounding units.
Active: C9-GH5 fires a tracking bug thing in a long thin skillshot that damages, slows, and reveals the first unit it hits. The unit that is hit is also Locked-On. When the unit is Locked-On, all missiles currently out do more damage and chase them until they are hit or are destroyed. (The missiles are 15-20% of C9-GH5 total health, and are slightly faster than normal champions)
W: Multi-Function Covert-Ops Drone C9-GH5 positions herself to where she is now and takes controls of a Drone. The Drone has new abilities from C9-GH5.
Passive: Covert Trail When chasing or running away from an enemy champion, The drone has increased movement speed.
Q: Grappling Hook Fires a skillshot that will pull it to the first unit it hits.
W: Total Recall The drone will explode, damaging units around it and the view will switch back to C9-GH5.
E: Energy-Tazer Fires a skillshot that stun and slow the first unit it hits.
R: Ignition Advent After a short delay, the Drone will summon C9-GH5 to where it is, causing a large explosion when it lands and a small movement speed boost
E: Static Dynamo Passive: C9-GH5 uses Voltage she builds up instead of mana. She slowly builds up Voltage by moving around, attacking enemies and being attacked.
Active: C9-GH5's next attack will stun and be Energized (similar to Statikk Shiv) damaging surrounding units. The stun will last longer the less enemies that are damaged around.
R: Energy-Absorbing Hyper Blade Creates a long thin sword of energy that will rapidly damage enemies that it hits and rapidly uses a large amount of Voltage while its in use. While in use C9-GH5 has a large field around her and the blade. C9-GH5 gains a lot of Voltage for every spell used and auto-attack in the field and the amount of enemies in the field.
Lore: C9-GH5 is the official name designated to her by her creators. She was first created to watch over the Piltovers police forces robotic guards so that they would not malfunction, but an error in her programming made her think that she had to join the frontlines of the police force in order to truly help. C9-GH5 secretly built a tanky weaponized body for herself in secret over the course of several months after her creation. Now her sole desire she claims is to rid the city entirely of crime and criminals- starting with the massive threat that is known as Jinx.
