What would happen if barrier could be used on allies?

Isn't the point of barrier that it's the selfish option? You get more effective health with a shorter cooldown, but it doesn't help your teammate. If you could use it on allies, people would take it in the bot lane instead of Heal every time.

Allies would get Barrierd.

Basically a FoTm ( ) that also work on enchanter usable at lv 1.

I think everyone able to take to would take it. It would help late game team fights, and early tower dives,
