Has anyone noticed an increase in off meta recently. IDK if its because of worlds or something else or if its just me but its pretty weird. Im not saying I hate off meta or anything its just I want to finish some worlds missions

I've noticed a lot of people using yasuo top which is pretty weird for the reason of that a lot of top lane champion I use almost always destroys top yasuo, because of cc.
