Don't flame people, don't argue with people. Engage in zero negative conversation. It's actually really easy once you commit to it.

You can call shots, congratulate people, and small talk. Telling somebody they're bad isn't worth your time and accomplishes nothing, so remain silent or respectfully suggest solutions to them. If somebody tells you that you're bad, "defending yourself" is a waste of your time and accomplishes nothing, so simply mute them.

Well, I'd imagine that the first step to avoiding a permaban (rather, reigning things in before it comes to that point) would be to identify problem points and work to improve on them.

So, here's three questions to start off with:

  1. What was your recent 14-day Suspension for? Was it a tier-skip for zero-tolerance behavior, or an escalation from a prior punishment?
  2. What caused you to do what you did to receive the punishment? Do you know roughly why you did it?
  3. Do you have issues in dealing with anger, or was this an odd, spur-of-the-moment bout of rage?

Hoping to hear back on this, and I'm hopeful to be able to help you further.
