pls fix lethality rito
for now at least I think lethality needs to be looked at because it is an extremely strong stat in the current meta considering an assassin mid is very common. the current formula for lethality is "0.4X + [((0.6X * Y)/18) = Flat Penetration Amount], where X is Lethality and Y is target champion level"-Riot Fearless which I don't understand but if it destroys a 200+ armor tank within seconds it is definitely overpowered. so if they do start working on lethality I hope they remove it from the game until the changes are made. I think changing the formula is the simplest solution.
